Herefordshire countryside / E-3 (E-system) images

Bromyard countryside, Herefordshire, UK

Image specs: Olympus E-3, f11, 1/60, ISO 160, 7 (14mm film equivalent), 12-60mm F2.8-4.0 SWD Standard Wide Zoom, white balance auto, monotone mode, red filter, IS-1 image stabiliser, hand-held.

Walking around the farming communities near Bromyard, the moody skies and skeletal deciduous trees was a good opportunity to shoot monotone in-camera. The red filter enhances clouds and sky tones. This shows what the camera can do in the hand. A little contrast has been added. On this current trip I have limited internet and computer access.

The image below is a classic scene from the area and the vivid mode helps the morning sky.
